JP: what 1/10 is like knowing that 0.3 ≠3% (perhaps link between tenths and hundredths and place value)

The layer decimalFraction(3) doesn’t seem to develop the concept of tenths. Lesley has written it again - see the sample question 3 https://timelypractice.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CKB/pages/2187231370/decimal+fraction?preview=/2187231370/2187100373/decimalFractionSample.pdf - the question is what’s a priority for SB - adding the new layer or fixing the errors.

Lesley is also planning to re-write the first 2 layers of scaleInterpret, join old layers 1+2 to make new layer 1, then have layer 2 about counting on in 0.1s to measure.
