learn to create and assess the two types of assignments:
- pre assess assignments are titled "learned?" - no help should be given to the learners when they complete these
- timely practice assignments are a little harder to assess as we must take into account the degree of help, if the learner has had in lesson help, when we assess these assignments

- planning what to teach using the progress on topic - before the lesson
- when using timely practice the two essential differences in teaching and learning are:-
- teacher teaches and learner learns "less new" on a topic than with regular teaching
- learner practises fewer practice questions during the lesson, but does more practice questions after the lesson
- telling the timely practice app which layers were "taught" after the lesson
